Now, instead of sending out hundreds of mail surveys, she emails a single copy to Informis, who post it on the web for her.
Then she still does her regular mailout to her customers (by email or regular mail), but this time, instead of including the survey she sends them to the online version using a direct hyperlink like:
"Please fill out our new online customer survey athttp://www.informis.co.nz/answer.asp?qnid=9".
Now all she has to do is wait for the results to come in. She can check the rate of responses
by logging on to the informis website, and also view the results as they come in. When she's ready,
she can either download the data so that she can analyse it immediately; ask informis to prepare and send
her a file containing the results; or have informis analyse the data for her.
